WELCOME

Peabody Calligraphy is my little corner of the world, in Gainesville, FL, where I pursue artistic hobbies without a formal arts education but with a growing appreciation for hand lettering, calligraphy, letterpress printing, artistic handmade books and sewing/embroidery. As I dabble, I find myself drawn to keeping things accessible and repurposing found materials into something new.

I occasionally sell things on Etsy and offer: calligraphy workshops, on-site personalization services, place card and other custom orders. My favorite workshop to teach is Crayola Calligraphy as it offers a chance to see how even the most common tools can be used to create something elegant. I am often open to hosting workshops as fundraisers and turn over proceeds to worthy causes.
